Ingredients
A tablespoon of baking soda
3 cups of lukewarm water
3 tablespoons of fabric softener
Preparation
Pour the fabric softener in an empty spray bottle first, then follow it up with the water and baking soda. Close the bottle and shake it well, then spray the mixture in your home. The effect will last for a long time – once it wears off, simply spray the mixture again.
Besides this wonderful fragrance, there are many natural homemade products which you can easily prepare to make your home and clothes smell wonderful. Here’s a nice recipe for a homemade fabric softener:
Ingredients
10 gr. of baking soda
200 ml. of hot water
800 ml. of ACV
20 drops of your favorite essential oil
Preparation
Take a bigger plastic container and pour the water in, then add the apple cider vinegar and baking soda and wait for the reaction to pass. Now, transfer the mixture into an empty spray bottle and keep it in a dark and cool place. Add the fabric softener in your washing machine or soak your clothes in it – it will make them super soft and leave them smelling fresh for a long time.

    1. gr. is grams, so 10 grams = a little over a third of a dry ounce, since there are 28 grams in a dry ounce.
      800 ml (milliliters) + 200 ml = one liter (ltr, 1,000 ml in a ltr); 800 ml = 4/5 ltr. A liquid liter is just more than a quart. You don't have to be exact.
